14-day request window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Unused portions of eligible one-time packs are generally refundable; consumed usage is deducted from the refundable amount where permitted by law and the payment provider.
Service failure
If a confirmed technical failure prevents delivery and we cannot restore the purchased access, contact us so we can repair the issue, restore credits, or issue an appropriate refund.
Abuse and chargebacks
Purchases associated with fraud, prohibited use, or a resolved chargeback are not eligible for duplicate reimbursement. Refunds reverse the corresponding unused credits and are recorded in the account ledger.

Email support@cchello.com with the account email and order reference. Do not send full card numbers or identity documents by email.
