Is it good to study Chinese for oral conversation by only studying the pinyin? Somehow, there is a rule on how to speak chinese words for instance when there are two third tones on one sentence, then you can pronouce the first one with either the second tone or natural. Like wo3 hen hao3, you can say wo2 hen hao3???

May i find the list of irregular negative Chinese Words, I learned this words ji zhu and ji bu zhu (Memorize and cannot memorize). The negtive form is quite different from the other words. Like we can say bu gao xing, but for ji zhu we should say ji bu zhu. How to distinguish whether i should put the bu in the middle or front? Do you have the list? Thank you
